![]() ![]() I should note one thing about this build. So because the Weapon is so mediocre, I had to settle with a build that does damage independent of the Weapon(and Summon Druids aren't the answer lol). I mean sure I could plop 40/15 Jewels into it for 120% ED but when the base damage is 20-31, that's not a lot of damage(especially when runewords and other sets do far more). An Exceptional Grade Mace that can't be upgraded to its Elite counterpart and lacks any on-weapon Enhanced Damage. Now why an Elemental Build as opposed to Shapeshifting? It all comes down to the fact that Aldur Set has a mediocre Weapon. A WereBear would need 63% to hit the same breakpoint while a normal Druid would need 99% FCR! As for FCR, Werewolf comes out ahead too with 60% FCR hitting 11 frames. 86 Breakpoint in particular only achieves 6 frames in Bear/Human Form, hence Werewolf yields a significant advantage. A Druid in Werewolf form has FHR breakpoints of 0(7 frames), 9(6 frames), 20(5 frames), 42(4 frames) and 86(3 frames). So why a Werewolf Windy Druid? Well, when a Druid changes form, their FCR, FHR breakpoints change(and for the better when in Werewolf form!). So being that I'm partly bored and the fact I haven't created an Odd-Ball build in awhile, I felt the need to challenge myself and Aldur Set seemed to be the most ideal challenge of them all. Out of all the Elite Sets catered to a particular class, one could argue that Aldur's is the weakest, if not worthless one of them all(especially considering its Expansion counterpart Assassin's set is sooooo good). DH is back with yet another wacky odd-ball build. ![]()
